I have not used bar soap in a very long time.  For bath I use body washes and at the sink I use liquid soap usually from Bath & Body Works.

I am not big on bar soap. We use liquid body wash around here

and my favorite would be anything with a slight sweet smell.

I've use Dove bar soap for my face.  I've used it since I was small... my grandmother used it, as did my mother & they always had nice, minimal wrinkle-free skin.

I like to use body washes like Olay Ultra Moisture and liquid hand soaps (using Mrs. Meyer's lemon verbena at the moment).  But I like having some bar soap handy.  Irish Spring and Lever 2000 last longer, but Dove is an all-time favorite.

The best soap I've ever found is the liquid Dr. Bronner's soap, all natural, no extra dyes and what not for people with sensitive skin like me. I've used it for years and highly recommend it. It's a good one that'll cause no trouble. Other than that, when I can't find that soap, I have used Aveeno body wash and that's not a bad substitution, but Dr. Bronner's is a lot better.

My favorite soap is called Vichy Normaderm. It is a green liquid that comes in a plastic bottle and it a lot more expensive than regular bar soap. But it cleans so thoroughly, you feel just great after you wash your face. I buy the version that's for oily skin and it helps a lot with that too.

I don't like using soap. I use liquid soap with non harsh chemicals. The chemicals irritate my skin and soap is too hard for my delicate skin..lol

I use body wash and my favorite is Dove. They all moisturize your skin and they all smell so good. It makes it hard to choose which scent I want. :)

I started using Dove bar soap a year or 2 back and my skin is less dry and I have not had itchy problems.  I had tried body washes with oatmeal and stuff to soothe but all was useless and I think made it worse.

I use Kirbys Coconut Oil soap.  It doesn't dry out my skin, and it is good to use on face or body.

For the  most of the time I use Johnson & Johnson baby soap, gets you clean, smells great and my skin doesn't dry out as much. A lot of the others I can not stand to use because it just seems to dry my skin out worse.  As far as bars the same thing, besides  I don't like any one else using it. Now Hubby  uses bar soap (Irish  spring)  , which for him is great.

I like dial and ivory; I also like one with shea butter and olive oil  as they are good for dry skin.
