Daily Email Virus?

All I did was type in my captcha, open to the next page then -- buzz, buzz, A virus was detected.  I took no further action but to close the page.

Then I came to the forum to see if anyone else has experienced this today. 

My poor cat got scared from the buzz sound and jumped off of the table.

Yes Bet it has happened to me and it also happens when i do the PTC and click on 1 of the advertisments on the right side of page.I quickly click off and have run the virus scan and everything seems ok.

Its annoying and hopefully this isnt a start to something worse.

Scuse me...thats the ads on left side of page with PTC.

I use Avast anti-virus and get a warning on nearly every ad I click on, PTC, the daily email, etc.  I just close the "threat" page and go on.....always get credit, but it is annoying.

I sometimes get the virus warning with the daily email and the sponsored ads on the PTC. Other times I get non relevant ads on the sponsored ads on the PTC. I click on the sponsor and get some non relevant spam. I click off and always get credit.

Wow, so I guess I'm in good company.  Sorry to hear that's it's a common occurrence.  If there's any consolation, I just completed my daily email with no issues at all.  I hope everyone else experiences the same.

I just did my email and didnt get threat...but i got threat from ads on left side of PTC everyday.

I have this same exact problem. My daily email is fine but I always get notified from the ads on the PTC.

I always get those on the PTC and sometimes on the daily email.  At first they had me concerned but now they're just annoying.  I close them out and still get credit.  Hope they're eventually fixed.

I thought it was just me but I get what looks like a virus on the daily 2c email. Sure hope it gets fixed soon.

At first I thought Avast was just hyper sensitive but new computer with a year a McAfee and it has the same response too.  It is annoying to see but has not effected anything from crediting (at least so far).

It is interesting that when I did the daily email from my work computer, I did not get a virus warning,  I really think it is an anti-virus issue.  Weird stuff.

I've been having problems completing the daily email. For several days, the captcha thing wouldn't work and I'd have to redo the email 4-5 times, then yesterday it would cause my browser to crash every time I clicked on the submit button and it went to the other page...

NO idea what's up with it lately.
