Do you like pimento cheese?

I love it but they don't sell it around here anymore. i used to use it as in stuffed celery or on crackers. I miss it. I do have a recipe but haven't been able to make it yet. Soon I hope.

I do like Pimento Cheese but I haven't had any in quite a while maybe it's time I give it another try.

I'm in Memphis and pimento cheese is pretty common in these parts.   I like it now and then but grow tired of it when I've had too much.
