my son

has a fatty liver hes only 26 so needs to change his eating habits. more vegetables and less fast food. everyday almost before work he'll get take out from habit burger or taco bell  pizza. grocery shopping tomorrow will be fun more greens is a goos start.

All you can do is give him advice and point him in the right direction. But remember, he is 26 and has to want to do this.

But it sounds as if you are a good, supportive mom, and that is an excellent start.

Hope he takes some responsibility for his own health as you cannot control what he eats all the time, but I know as his Mom you are concerned so hopefully he will take your and his doctor 's advise and change his eating habits!!!

Fast food is addictive but it's important to keep veggies and fruits in his diet. I hope he starts getting better.
