Do you have a sewing machine?

I do have one but it goes unbalanced every once in a while, I have had an excellent one in the passed. I think I will get one with a surge hem. This day makes me think about my sewing, did make a small amount of money maybe I will do this for Christmas money, Halloween costumes sells. Happy Sewing Machine Day! lol have a gr8 day

Nope, no sewing machine here.  I had one years ago because at the time I thought, okay I'll start sewing.  Nope, didn't do it.  Never enjoyed it, wanted to but I just couldn't get into it.  Like NRAJOE, strictly needle and thread here.

Yes and no.  My Mom bought me a basic sewing machine when I showed interest in sewing while in high school.  Off and on through the years I would pull it out and use it.  Most of the years it's been at her house and she pulls it out and uses it when her machines are "are on the fritz" as she says.  This last Christmas we purchased a sewing machine for our daughter.  It's just a little child machine.  But it's teacher her the basics of stitching straight and the mechanics of keeping the machine in tip top condition.  She's made little bags and doll clothes.

Yes. I have one. I mainly use it for repairing things.

I never was very ambitious with sewing although I did have a time where I made a lot of things. Unfortunately, it frustrates me quite a lot to rip out stitches.

Had my moms. Don't know where it got to, though. When I was  kid, Singer used to give sewing lessons in their store on Saturday mornings.  I was sent there for 2 years. Dad was hoping I'd take over the sewing tasks. Dad was the sewer in the family. Anyway, after 2 years, I still couldn't sew. Home Ec didn't help either, in high school. I have trouble with straight lines. Can't make them no matter how hard I tried. You should see my curtain rods! LOL

My husband used to go to an auction house that a friend owned and one day, he bid and won a heavy duty Singer, which was also old. He used it for working with leather and other heavy materials. Don't know what he ever did with it. I guess it's in the garage somewhere.

Yes.  I inherited one from my mom... I've never used it since I got it. 
I used to sew when I was younger & my mother used to make all sorts of things like curtains, pillow cases, clothes etc.... but things are just too cheap now days to waste the time sewing them from scratch.

I don't have a sewing machine. I use a needle whenever I want to sew.

Yes I have a sewing machine.  My first one was given to me by my then fiance.  It was a Singer Touch'N Sew with a cabinet that had been used in Home Ec classes.  I had it for years and sewed many clothes on it for our kids.  I broke a part which was more expensive to fix than new machines of today, so I placed it on the curb during our city junk days.  I regret doing that.  However, my sister-in-law gave me my mother -in-law's machine, so I do have a sewing machine.  I basically use it to mend now rather than sewing from scratch.

I do have a sewing machine. However, i d not know how to sew very well. My machine does embroidery also. I have done quite a bit with that.

I have had the same machine since I was 16.  So it is 45 years old and still works great.  Only have had to oil it once in awhile.

I do have a sewing machine.  My mother taught me at a young age and I used to sew clothing.  Now I use it to quilt or adjust clothes that I buy so they fit the way I want them to.
