What does september mean to you

It is the Month that Jesus Christ was actually Born. It is also my Sister's Birthday. It is the Month that Fall Begins which is my favorite Season of the Year. I love to watch the Leaves change.

September means Monarch caterpillars transforming into beautiful Monarch Butterflies....
Birthdays for my daughter, son, granddaughter and son-in-law.
Temperatures cooling and leaves turning colors.

It usually means cooler nicer weather but so far hot and humid here.  Ugh .. Come On Fall .. where are you?

It will getting cooler and  the trees will be changing color, won't have to mow the lawn so much. But the main thing is it will be cool. then comes a hard freeze and kills all of the pollen bearing weeds and I can breath better.

The month of September signals the end of summer, the beginning of autumn and the start of a new school year and football! I live in Texas and in September we have Grapefest, it's a grape harvesting and wine festival that features grape stomping contest, wine tasting and live music.
