I always sleep with my AC on or my Air Purifier on or both depending on the weather at side. I have always done that to drown noise that I don't want to hear out.

I have to sleep in complete darkness and my music on low in the background.

I want it dark and no noise.  I use to leave the TV on.

I can't really say I have any particular routine... I go to sleep when I'm tired! TV on or not. LOL

My sleep habits are poor. One minute I sleep at a regular time the next minute I am going to sleep at three in the morning

I normally fall asleep around 3am, sometimes 2am. I'm never in bed at 8pm or 9pm unless I take a nap to make up for being up the night before. :moon:

I tend to sleep with both my fan and A/C on. Being in the South, I think that is a given, LOL.

I have trouble sleeping, especially on Saturday night.  I drink sleep tea and take melatonin at night and, usually, have a glass of red wine to help me sleep.  I just read that eggs are supposed to help you sleep.  I have 6 pillows, to at my feet because I have bad circulation and my legs and feet swell up all day, 2 for my head one for my knees and one for my stomach.  I have a fan on, use a cpap, which lets me pull the covers all the way over my head so it is darker and the house has to be cool.  I can't sleep when it's hot in the room.  I also have a heating pad, which sounds rather paradoxical but, having heat on my feet or back puts me to sleep most of the time.  I also have a heating pad on my computer chair because my back hurts a lot of the time and it will put me to sleep whether I want to sleep or not.

:pumpkin:   :pumpkin:   :pumpkin:   :pumpkin: I tend to fall asleep on my couch sometimes, cause its comfortable. If I'm alone I turn the television low sometimes. Mostly I sleep in the bed with a pillow. :pumpkin:   :pumpkin:   :pumpkin:   :pumpkin:

Some of mine are real similar to yours.  I pretty much always sleep on the couch with the tv on low. But I turn it off when I feel I'm getting real close to falling asleep.  The fan is on which provides a 'white noise' type of situation.  I like it either completely silent or some type of low steady noise like your talking.  I want at least four pillows in different positions and I flip the one under my head so it is cool.

My sleeping habits have changed over the years. I used to like it completely dark and quiet and could sleep fine with one pillow. Now I have to have a few pillows, have to have the t.v on at a low volume and prefer a fan or humidifier going.
