Do you wake up feeling good?

          This morning was a wake up feeling good kind of day! Someday's I do feel good when I wake up. Other days I'm a slug getting going.

I've always wondered if anyone actually wakes up like they do in the mattress commercials. A big stretch with a big smile, sun shining through the window. That has never ever happened to me. I always wake up in the dark, tired and foggy and lifeless.

I'm not a morning person, so I can't really say that I have ever woken up "feeling good." I suppose I have, but I can't recall at this moment.

I wake up feeling good most days.   It is better now that I get8 hours sleep.

I can sleep all night and wake up thinking...is it bed time yet haha...Some times I do and sometimes I dont

Only if I have 9 plus hours of sleep that I'll wake up feeling good.

I never used to feel good, but I do now. I had sciatica in my back and moving was very painful, then went to a pain management DR and had shots, now I'm great.

Not lately.  It seems that almost every day I am waking up with a slight headache and a just not feeling great feeling.  This has been a bad year for me.  I had total knee replacement in June.  I have to have cataract surgery on both eyes and in January total knee replacement on the other knee.

There was one time that it happen last month but that was the only time I felt good when waking up.
