Thanks for your suggestions. I only have  antenna tv. I do not have cable or satellite. I am thinking about getting the stick that goes in the back of the tv so I can get access to more channels.

Sometimes electronics have to be re-booted or re-set.  We have found that to be the case with our computers and phones.  Unless there is something going on with the satellite or the cable connection, we're good to go after a re-set.

Now we do, at times, have a problem with what is on the TV.  LOL.  That's when Roku comes in handy.

It's not a problem with the tv.  It's a problem with your service.  It's called tiling.  That happens when the speed isn't fast enough.

We recently had Direct TV problems. We had to have a tech come out and fix the issue.

I get this even on analog.  Just waiting for the antenna to pick up a good signal.  I really dislike t.v. these days.
