Most of my online purchases are from Amazon and they have a center just a few miles from me, so I just drop it off for a free no problems refund. I even made a dumb mistake and bought the wrong toner for my printer, but they refunded me anyway with no questions asked.

Amazon will refund just about anything unless you abuse it like the guy that returned several hundred things. lol

Not sure why so many people hate them unless it is jealousy because they are so big.  Use to they all hated Walmart.

I mostly take it back to the store I bought it from its less of a hassle to do all the return things by mail.

I never buy clothing online, the only exception might be t-shirts since it isn't as big of a deal if they don't fit perfectly. Other than that, I hate the idea of buying something having no idea how it will fit me, how it will look on me or even modesty concerns. Shopping in the store can be a hassle, but I know exactly what I am getting.
