On the top of the page go to earn cash and then go to paid to click. that should give you the page that you are looking for.

you're referring to the paid to click page which you'll find on the earn cash page next to the videos tab...hope that helps

That it the Paid to Click (PTC) page. First, click on the Earn Cash tab and then click on the Paid to Click link just under it. You will find the offer there.
