Dairy products
« on: January 18, 2019, 04:54:52 am »
Do you tolerate dairy products like milk, cheese, ice cream?
I love ice cream and eat it, but I try to take lactaid tablets before I eat it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it dosen't.

I tolerate dairy products okay.  I never have liked milk though and I do not eat ice cream because my teeth are just too sensitive.  I don't even like my drinks too cold.

I do fine but my father is intolerant. He seems to do okay with lactaid milk though. I have tasted it and it's just like regular milk.

If I have too much  it seems to cause a few problems.  Besides  processed milk  does not taste as good as fresh cow's milk. Nothing like a glass of  fresh cow's milk so cold it has  ice crystals in it. I wish  we could still buy it.  I now live in town so can't have a cow anyway, I would have if  we were in the country, along with chickens (fresh  eggs) and  maybe raise another  porker.

I tolerate dairy fine. But my mom can't seem to have it in the same room she is in. ( not really, but she doesn't tolerate it very well )

I have to be careful with dairy because it causes my gallbladder to hurt.

I love dairy products especially milk and ice cream - to my knowledge they don't bother me - occasionally after I eat I get a stuffy/runny nose but I don't know what it is caused by.

I love  dairy products but at the end of the day it messes with me and i pay for it dearly.. Other than that i am willing to eat it just not to much of it I have experimented with how much i can have before i start to hurt. because i really hated giving up things i love.. but you gotta do what you gotta do..  I have pretty much limited how much i put into my body.. and how often i have it.. because the pain sometimes is just not worth having the product..

Like milk and cream. No problems. Very fortunate, I guess.

Thank you, Lord.  :angel11:

I don't care for milk and it doesn't care for me either.  That's fine with me because there are a few alternatives that I do like.

As far as cheese, ice cream and yogurt are concerned, I not only tolerate them but I like them all very much.

I think my husband and I are looking into making our own ice cream.  That way we have a little better control on ingredients while enjoying our treat.

I'm ok with the organic brands of dairy products.

I love ice cream! I used to drink milk all the time but not anymore. I enjoy eating cheese too.
