Anyone having trouble with the code loading on PTC? I have tried many times and on 2 different browsers and it still isn't working. I even tried to clear my cookies.

I had trouble with the daily email code loading, I had to hit "frame reload" for it to work.  The same thing just happened with the PTC....I had to click on "frame reload" 4 or 5 times before the code loaded. Try that.

I do not remember yesterday but it was slow today.  It must be a glitch on the other end and hopefully will get corrected soon.

codes are working fine for me.... try reloading them or using another browser..... otherwise I don't have any other ideas except putting in a ticket.... hope things go well

No problems yesterday or today.  Worked fine try reloading the code when this happens

I had that trouble this morning. I just could not get it too work and then about a half hour later it went through. That was the first time in a long time that happened.

So far, they are a bit slow but they always load for me.  Hope everything gets better for you soon.

i suggest that you clean cookies, history, etc. sometimes that works, or using a different browser.  if it continues I guess you should out a ticket.

I did not have a problem with it, but the "frame reload" sounds like a good trick to know.
