cashcrate shutting down

Got an email back from support at CashCrate today 4-10-2019 (surprise)  they informed me my "pending" surveys were not to be paid because "they seem to have not been opened long enough to complete"   I know different but the email clearly stated no more payments would be made... anyone?

Has anyone received Pending survey payments?  I was told they weren't payable

If you did not make the cash out you will not receive the partial payment.  I emailed when this first started and they told me that.  You will still need to meet the cash out threshold.  I met that and was paid in March.  I quit after the last day of February.  My cousin was really close at the end of March but didn't make it.  She was also told if she didn't meet the threshold she would not be paid.  IT was not fair because toward the end she could not even see any TAP surveys.  So there was no way to make it any way.

I had not even looked at the site since someone said it just said site was no longer available when you type in the address.

I have old email correspondence with CashCrate if you want the address.  But the link does take you to a CashCrate page, probably pre-paid for the year and just filling it up with ads or something to keep it active.

                I know it is a little late notice but I also got my final CashCrate payment of $20.89 to my PayPal in early April.  It took me all of February and March to get that, since they no longer had the 1 cent games.
