Do you still have any of your childhood toys

My parents kept a lot of my old toys insisting they would be valuable in 20 years. Well now I'm trying to sell a few things on ebay and they aren't the goldmine I was always told lol. Maybe too many people had the same idea. Have you ever had success selling your own childhood things?

Most of my toys are gone, but I still have my comic books and football cards from the mid to late 70's.

my mom saved my barbies from the sixties and my daughter has them now. to bad I didn't buy star wars from 1977 toys unopend would be worth a ton.

I have 3 siblings so all of our toys got pretty beaten up with playing.

If I had, they would have disintegrated and/or fossilized by now.

No, I don't  I am not want to keep  a lot of things in my home that no longer serve any purpose, I would prefer to donate them if they are still in fairly good condition and let someone  enjoy them.

Not a one. My mom's theory was throw things away.  When in doubt - throw it out! 😠

My toys are all gone. When my niece was little she claimed most of them as her own, so I let her have them and she destroyed them.

I believe my mom still has some of ours. There is no telling where they are at though.

Yep.  I have that barbie thing that is plates and you rub the crayon over it.  I think it is called Fashion Plates?  I have an orig not one of the new ones. haha

I have a lot of my old toys.  I think the days of being able to sell things on ebay have long gone by.... back in the day, when ebay first came out, it was easy to sell off pretty much anything & make a lot of money.  I used to love their auctions.  Now everyone has a digital camera & tries to sell, all the unique sellers have been driven off by scammers & it's become overrun by chinese mass junk sellers.
