I just cashed out for 32 the other day. That is my biggest cash out for a while. I hope it is bigger next month.

If you are asking what the Cancel link is for, anytime you cashout and later change your mind for whatever reason, you can cancel the request and the money goes back into your balance. Just remember you will still need to meet the requirements which in most cases means it will be a month later.
