Hopefully it will bring them back down closer to an even playing field with everyone else.  That and an end to their cheating ways.   ;) But that was always more Belichick and Brady than Gronk.

I really don't see any changes unless Brady also retires later then it looks like a downhill road for the Patriots.

I was hoping he'd take one more year, but he gave us a good 9 years of service. Belichick will undoubtedly find someone else to plug into the system. I'm not worried.

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I don't follow the Patriots, but my daughter and her husband are huge fans. They even flew to Boston after the game to see the parade.  They went to school in Boston and became fans there. It's sad when an era comes to an end, but nothing stays the same.

Honestly, the Patriots have a dynasty that I doubt any other team could ever equal so whoever takes over can't replace him.

Unless that person is Brady and he said if Gronk retired he would too.

Very sad to see him go. It's going to be weird not seeing him on the field this season.

Brady mentioned he will play a couple more years, I hope he meant that even with Gronk retired :(

Gronkowski was hurt a lot so although he was a pro bowler they had to play without him a lot. Belicheck is the genius behind all the winning. It would be great to see what he could do in new England without Brady.

Football is a physical game and all Belicheck has to offer is the brainpower.

I think the Pats have good enough wide receivers that they will be alright offensively.

Not too familiar with him, but I guess I am sad for the team!  Winners regardless
