No credit?

When a survey does not credit  do you send in a support ticket or do you just let it go?

I just let it go. I don't think I've ever sent in a support ticket for anything.

Considering support is slow is getting back to us I would let it go unless it is a large amount. But probably will never see the credit.

I just let it go because opening a support ticket usually does not help. However, sometimes the credit appears hours, days and even weeks later. Some member have had a surprise, a pleasant surprise.

I am on several sites and all of them have disappointed me when it comes to taking a survey. It seems to have gotten worse in the last year or two.

In the past, I opened up support tickets but to no avail. Now, I just accept the loss of my time and move on.

Yes, I have received these delayed credits later on and am delighted when they do appear.  I have been able to identify Opinionetwork as one of the survey providers that can be slow to credit.  Why, I'm not sure, but I have never bothered opening a support ticket.

I have. They will just tell you if they do not get paid they cannot pay you and that is the end of it.

I think that is because people are trying to do surveys as a job. So they rush thru the surveys trying to take 100s of surveys a day to make this a full time job.

I know it is frustrating to complete a long survey and have it not credit.    You can put in a support ticket, just to vent or rant but it will most likely will not do any good.

If I don’t receive a survey credit, I just let it go. I realize there are delays sometimes, but if it’s truly a missing credit, I just move on to something else. Also, I’ve seen the FAQ on FC where it says sometimes offers simply fail to credit, so I figure there isn’t much that support can do anyway.

Yes, most of the time on FC I just let it go. However, on a couple other sites I work on, I usually DO NOT let it go. I have learned to take screenshots and to always try to open the survey in a new window if possible. I have 2 sites where I frequently do this and send in a support ticket with my screenshot, and have been very successful at them crediting me. It's a real pain, but after I've spent more than 10 minutes on a survey, I reluctantly take the time to do the work I need to to send it in. And actually, I can't even do surveys on FC anymore so I guess saying I let it go is a bit silly!! But back when I could do them, I rarely sent a ticket.  :)

I, too, just let it go when a survey doesn't credit.  I've been doing a survey marathon the last couple of days, trying to get enough money to cash out before I leave on a trip.  I've learned to accept the fact that sometimes you will answer all the questions, all the way to the end of a survey and still get no credit or get disqualified.  There's no sense in stressing about it.  If you are going to take surveys, it will happen!  I'm just thankful for the ones that actually give me a small amount as a DQ compensation.  When you think about it, that's really awesome, to still get a penny or two when you didn't even have to take the survey!
