You could wait to celebrate until Easter Monday. That way you can get the candy, toys and decorative items at clearance prices. In my church Easter is celebrated for more than one day.

Chocolate bunnies.....rabbits......Spring outfits.........eggs.............

Jesus resurrection???

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Ya know what this reminds me of?When UR trying to qualify for a survey and they wanna make sure you are reading the questions.EX-what is similar to a lemon? The multiple choices are car, desk, broom, lime. The obvious answer is lime.

The only difference here in the Easter case is NONE of  the choices make sense comparing them to Jesus resurrection.

Lets do another......

Santa Claus,Mistle-toe,Reindeers,Xmas trees

Jesus birth?

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Now if u said pagan celebrations you would get an A+

Lets do another.....saints or idols prayed to....

St John Bosco,Virgin Mary,Our Lady of Guadalupe <saw something like this advertised on Facebook>

And if u said......John 14:6 English Standard Version (ESV)
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

You would get another A+

OH BTW...i always wondered if St John Bosco was the god of chocolate milk?

Looking for ideas for Easter that doesn't involve candy for a juvenile diabetic? I tried giving him toys when the others got candy. That didn't work out the way I planned

I have 2 Grand daughters under a year. They can't have candy so I bought them Gerber baby snacks and some baby food. Plus some stuffed bunnies.
