Please, keep this discussion about doing anything related to Good Friday, not just general plans!Why should you be surprised?What do rabbits,eggs and candy have to do with Jesus resurrection?

Eggs mean new life (which is what a resurrection is supposed to be). The Easter Bunny goes back to some German tradition. Candy is common for holidays and seasons. If you want to know more, go to an online encyclopedia.
After Jesus told the 11 apostles to keep rememberance of this occasion,he knew shortly he would be executed.I dont think he had bunnies,candy or eggs in mind.Manmade traditions sound about right.
