Well I can honestly say that I "Try" to eat better.  I don't always succeed but a make the effort.  I have started drinking Fruit smoothies as my breakfast where as before I would have tea only but no food to jump start my metabolism.

I've been eating better this year. A lot more fruits and vegetables. Less fast food.

I am developing better resistance to junk food. I eat more stevia and less sugar and manage to eat produce for snacks.

I have been trying, but have been failing terribly this year. My friend was on the cover of Womans World in April for her weight loss solution. She is doing great, just completely changed her diet, very slowly at first, and went from 250 to 118 right now, but she wants to get lower. I wish I had that will power. I'm shocked she did, but so happy for her, she looks great and has eliminated so many health issues.

I do not eat very healthy. However with health issues as I age I am beginning to watch my diet and what I eat. I have improved my eating habits.

I want to lose weight again and have been struggling to eat better since I had my initial great weight loss results back in 2016. Back in 2015 and 2016 I ate less and ate healthier with more salads and roasted vegetables including squash, mushrooms and more. Now this year I have been eating more packaged foods and in 2017 and 2018 ate out more frequently. I eat the occasional salad or some mushrooms, but find I have been craving more salt and sugar.

I do the best I can to eat healthy; I do snack on some unhealthy choices at times but most of the time it is good stuff.

Have you ever grown your own Stevia?  Or chewed on the leaves?  They are actually really good.  They usually have the plants at Lowe's.  I have not seen them yet this year.

The building management at my daytime job invites vendors from the area to pitch their wares. Yesterday's guest was a fitness health food company and they brought several different menu item samples from their menu complete with nutritional break down. The food was delicious, low calorie/fat, high protein and had lower carbohydrates. They were pretty expensive and I figured that I could make the same meals for about five dollars less.  Totally inspired me to spend more time on my meal preparation every Sunday. I even shopped for ten glass containers so that I can prepare five breakfasts and lunches in advance. The vendor's menu gave me new food combination ideas as well. Balanced with a few protein shakes/fruit and I'll be able to make it through to dinner at home and a light snack before dinner.

I do better if I don't eat it.  Once I get use to not having it then I am okay. But if I eat it then I want it more.

You can get some good ideas on Pinterest for stuff like this as well.  You are right though buying the healthy stuff from places like this is really expensive.  That is why people eat the unhealthy stuff.  IT tastes good and it is way cheaper.
