I'm able to sit still without any issues except for road trips then I need to take some and stand  up time.

I can always sit still when I am relaxing.  It's not a problem.  I read (which is must for me).

I can sit still if I need to, especially when weather  is on the bad side, like cold, snow and ice; it becomes easy for me to sit still and not go out although I may do busy work  in the house.

I usually move do to pain.  I don't think that I always need to be doing something but I always am.  I am not as bad about it as my friends are.  They are constantly cleaning something.  I think they run on nervous energy.

I can sit still most of the time, but sometimes for some reason I'm not sure about I have an urge to rock back and forth or move my legs back and forth. It's not every time I'm sitting, but it's occasional and while I'd prefer to sit perfectly still I am used to it by now. I like to have things to do each day, but it's not something that is a dealbreaker for me every single day.
