Do you think we humans can survive with all the problems associated with climate change? And, yes! I feel sorry for the Joshua trees and many other creatures.

That really is a shame. It devastates me to hear about animals/plants that are going extinct. More needs to be done about climate change.

It really is a bummer when things like this happens and the fact that we will never be able to see it again.

Interesting article. I hate to see a lifeform that has existed for so long, go down because of climate change, wildfires, and smog.

I used to race motorcycles across the California dessert and one time my uncle hit a Joshua tree and ran one of those spikes right through his boot and foot that took surgery to get it removed. I bet he won't miss them.

Its actually quite sad to think many claim to believe God and think that God will allow mankind to destroy this planet.

It is such a shame to see the loss of plants and wild animals.  I know that there are people fighting hard to save things.  I hope that it isn't all in vane.

They have had a lot on the news here about the Joshua trees.  I hope with all the attention something can be done to help the situation.  The articles were very interesting.

I couldn't find very much on the relief effort, so if you know a link please share it here.

We should have a GoFundMe page or something to contribute money to this effort!
