I always have my Christmas Tree up, and house decorated a couple days before Thanksgiving, that way the house is festive for family coming over

I would do what ever you want to do. A lot of people will say yes it is too early but I think you should do what makes you happy.

I would say so. I like to wait until Black Friday at the earliest.

A day after Thanksgiving is the best time to start decorating for Christmas. Many people do Christmas shopping on Black Friday sales.

Do what you want to do but I still think it is too early. Enjoy October and November first

This year I am mixing Thanksgiving and Christmas Décor. Depends on what a person chooses.

Personally I probably wouldn't decorate until December but I get excited about other stuff way earlier than that so to each their own. The only thing that bugs me is how early the stores clear out the current season/holiday's stuff by the time you actually want to buy it because they're long moved onto the next thing.

I try not to get my Christmas decorations up any earlier than thirty days prior . In Colorado that can be risky given the change in winter...even on a day to day basis. Yesterday it was seventy four degrees and sunny. Today it was twenty five and sleeting with snow moving in over the next two days and the possibility of ten inches of snow in the lower lying areas where I live. Halloween is supposed to be in the seventies (you just never really know). It has snowed on the last several Halloweens but people in our area are pretty resilient. We put a fire pit in our front yard and offer treats to the parents as well as the kids. I aim to get my exterior Christmas lights out the weekend after Thanksgiving but do not turn them on until two weeks before Christmas.

I can experience the true meaning of Christmas year round.  I love the music and the giving , loving atmosphere.  However I am not into the decorating and shopping.  I don't care for being inundated in the store with Christmas stuff.

Because it takes longer than one day to put it out and the employees do not want to spend their day working putting decorations on the shelf.  smh

They have to work anyway because all the stores have Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving day now.  Each having to try to be earlier than any other.

And some businesses probably want people to start and finish holiday shopping immediately.
