I have an issue with the meanness that newbies tend to show when they post. Can they ever try to figure things out to know what they've done wrong rather than blaming everyone else?

I have never ever had a problems cashing out.  You must have at lease $25.00 in order to cash out.

All sites have guidelines and you just have to familiarize yourself with them and follow them. It is frustrating when you want to cash out and you feel like you've earned it.  Hang in there and as someone else said reach out to support.

oh lol.  Well I  have never heard that before.
Either way it does NOT say you have to complete $25 worth of surveys.  You need a balance of $25 with $15 coming from offers and bonuses do not count toward that $15.  It amazes me how many people have been on this site for years and do not understand how it works.
