Actor Kirk Douglas passed away.  He was 103. RIP

My husband just told me. Wow, 103 is amazing! His wife is still with us at 100 years old. They must have been doing something right all these years.

Wow, 103! I remember he was in a lot of movies that I loved when I was a little kid. I was surprised to learn recently that he was still with us! Really great actor! He will be missed, but at least he had a FULL life!

I really like Kirk Douglas.  That era of actors was pretty special.  There may have been a few here and there who weren't so great but for the most part it was a nice generation.

Three nights ago, my husband and I were watching an old movie who featured, among others, Michael Douglas.  He looks so much like his father.  I'm sure that Kirk will rest in peace.

I did not realize he was that old until I learned of his passing. Great actor

I feel sorry for Mike Doublas. He loved his father a lot and must be devastated even though his Dad lived a long full successful life, which is something to celebrate.
