Roy Horn Died

Roy Horn 1/2 of Siegfried and Roy died from this damm virus. Do you remember him with his partner and their tigers and lions?  I saw them perform once in Las Vegas they were great!  He was the one who was mauled by a tiger and that stopped their performance.  RIP

Yes i just saw it on TV i remember them but never saw them in Las Vegas and i do remember him being mauled by a tiger

I had read that he tested positive for the virus last week and haven't heard anything else until logging onto the computer this evening and saw the sad new that he had died from complications from the virus. May he RIP.

I just saw that this morning.  I'd heard about their show but never got a chance to see it.

Sad how this is how he died, My sister was like that's a bummer he survived the lion attack and died from this. Rip

I do remember him but for some reason I thought he was already dead. It seems like there have been several celebrities who have died from the Covid 19

I read that when the tiger "attacked" him, Roy was having a stroke and that the cat just brought him to the side of the stage. Roy said if he really attacked her would have been dead then.

How very tragic!  I fondly recall seeing their show in Las Vegas decades ago, it was fantastic.  Even after the show ended after Roy's incident on stage, Siegfried and Roy still had their white tigers rotated in the display at the Mirage for all to see.  RIP Roy, you brought a lot of joy

My nephew was getting some tour at the Mirage a couple years back & Roy Horn happened to be there at the end & that is the story he told as well -- that he had a stroke & the animal was attempting to help him.  I saw a documentary on Seigfried & Roy recently & it did indeed look like the cat was trying to help him rather than attacking him.  I choose to believe the helping version, even if it sounds a bit sketchy.

Yes I saw that Nancy so sad.  I just saw a show about them on something but I can't remember what -  to see them in person must have been beyond amazing. Prayers for peace and comfort for his family, friends and fans.
