I have been having the same problem.  I have been trying to enter my profile information since March.  I have submitted help ticketd and nothing has helped.  I feel this is only a problem that the website Administrators can fix.  One of my help tickets i submitted got a response that they were happy i brought the issue to their attention and they have sent it to the appropriate department to get resolved.  That was 2 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. I am inside of 2 weeks shy of the 180 days where they will start taking money away that I have gotten from doing stuff on their site offers.  I am at my wits end about it and just wish they would fix the problem.  If they fix it, I really won't have a need for any other help tickets unless cashing out doesnt work.  I am in the same boat and if i find something out, I will be sure to let you know here. I am so sorry this is happening to you too!!  It is really upsetting.

I do not understand how you are able to do anything on the site if your profile is not complete.  I had to do that before I could access the site.


When you first register on the site, all it asks for is your username, password, email, and zip code.  That is it. Then it sends you a confirmation email, which I followed. At this point, you can start navigating the site. 

On the, "My Account" page, there are hot links which allow you to add your phone number and profile information.  These are 2 separate links.  The phone number I was able to add.

The second link is the link for, "Profile Information".  That is where the issue is.  You click on that link and it brings up the page where you add your name, address, birthday, gender, race and payment  preference.  Then when you hit, "Save", it gives an internal error message.

The site does not make you add anything except as mentioned above to initially access the site.  I did, however, attempt to add my profile information right from the get go and it gave me the internal error and to wait an hour or two and try again.

I don't get surveys mailed to me but I do get daily quotes for the 2 cents mailed to me. I also have access to download offers, do TAP research and I can use the community forum.  Oh, yes... I have access to the "Get Help" page.  I currently have sufficient access to items on Fusioncash to get enough credits to achieve a cashout status.

The site encourages people to use the the community forum to look for answers to questions so they don't have to answer questions and attemtp to reduce their help tickets.

Things have changed for better or worse on Fusioncash since you registered on the site.

Yes I guess it has changed since i signed up. I did not think you could do offers on the site until you had a complete profile.  If I were in your situation I would not be "earning" money until I was able to enter the info needed to be able to cash out. If  you can't cash out then you will eventually start loosing because the earnings expire. Something does not seem right.

I have thought it was one person with multiple accounts because all of the posts say the same thing.  If support can not help you then you are wasting your time by continuing to earn money you will never have access to. 

It would be interesting to know if there are new members on this site that have been able to completely sign up.  It has been a long time since posts like yours have started popping up so I would assume it is not something the webmaster is working to fix. Just my opinion.

As for the last line of your post - things have changed for the worse. This site has went downhill a lot. The offers are the same ones that were on here almost 9 years ago.  Nothing new.  A lot of things have went away and are no longer available on the site.  And the things that are left half of those do not work.

Yes, it is very strange there is a number based out of Montana for a California based business.

Oh you are most welcome! I just know that I had to change my address about 6 years ago, and it worked fine. But I'd say the only reason I'd worry about it is if you plan on having a check sent when you cash out, because obviously you need it to go to the correct address for that reason. But I just gotta wonder why admin isn't addressing it, as it appears to be an issue with so many right now. It's all 2020's fault lol!

You actually remember that? I sure don't remember how it worked when I first registered. But I don't remember having to have all my info put in before I could earn. I'm pretty sure I didn't add all of my info until I was ready to do my first cash out.

Where did you get this info? Because first of all, yes, this is a Montana area code, the only area code for MT actually, I live in MT and know this for a fact. Secondly. when I clicked on the corporate page and then the "contact us" link, I got this info. "Your connection is not private

This is not true.  When you first register you have to make a user name, a password, put in your name, address, pay info and every thing else.  I am not sure what is going on with you.  Or why supposedly you were able to make a user name and password and start earning without giving all the other info every one else has to give.  Something is not right with what you say.  Maybe you have multiple accounts???

You actually remember that? I sure don't remember how it worked when I first registered. But I don't remember having to have all my info put in before I could earn. I'm pretty sure I didn't add all of my info until I was ready to do my first cash out.

Yes I remember that.  Besides that you can go to fusioncash.net and look at it and see for yourself.  I have one referral that is someone I know personally and when she joined she had to do exactly what I am saying.  Provide all the info upfront.

This info is not correct.
There is NO phone number listed on anything I found. Only a fax number and it IS a California number.  This is not.  Anybody that wants to find the info can look on the BBB. I doubt he would publicly list a phone number. I don't know what is going on with not answering support tickets.  I do find it hard to believe people have worked 6 months on this site and are fixing to lose money and are still earning money when they supposedly can't enter their info.  WHY would anybody do that? I would have written the site off as a scam and quit.  So something is not right with that either.

On this info page, it says registration is not required to access the site, but most features require it.  Also, there is a support email that might be helpful to those that are having issues. Countrygirl, seems all you want to do is give honest newbies grief and attempt to convince everyone you know everything, even though you are always putting FC down.  Just be nice OK?
