I just made some really good cookies. I believe they would be WW friendly but I'm not on WW so I didn't calculate the point value.

If you're interested the recipe is:
I box Sugar free Pillsbury cake mix (I had a yellow mix already so I used that)
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
7 oz bag of Lily sugar free baking chips (I used chocolate)

Mix all together and scoop onto sprayed baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Enjoy

Your cookies sound good.  I wonder how many carbs are in each cookie.  Seems reasonable the carbs would be low.....

I didn't even know there were sugar-free cake mixes or, for that matter, sugar-free chocolate chips! Well, I guess you learn something new every day, LOL!. Your recipe sounds really good. Sometimes it's surprising how good low-carb sweets can be!

I didn't know that they had a sugar-free cake mix but I will surely try it.  The carbs may be a problem

Those cookies sound really good. Maybe some day I'll try to make some of those cookies.

I have not seen the sugar free cake mixes here.   I will look when we go to town.
