I walk a lot during my job.  I don't add anything extra anymore.  I used to swim a mile a day years ago, taught aerobic exercise classes, or walk daily.

I try to walk everyday, on bad weather days I walk in the house or on the front porch.

Thanks for the posting. They are helpful as my exercise routine tends to be more monotone. I also enjoy meditation on a daily basis and found that to be a good way to destress myself.

I do exercises that pleases me and not by someone who thinks they know the right ones to use.  Some people exercise depending on their stamina.
