These characters are from a Japanese tv show called: Gatchaman
I think Ken's cuter,but that's just me.
He is the on the right of the screen.
Joe is the guy on the left side of the screen.
Even if you never seen the show, who would you choose?

Lol! They look like the Japan/Asian cartoons I watched called G-Force. The male characters had the same wild messed up all over the place hair look. Anyway, btw the 2 male characters presented, I think the one with the darker brown hair, wearing the red shirt with a number 1 on the front of it is the cuter one. The other guy with the lighter brown hair looks scary-mean.

that's another name for the same cartoon besides Science Ninja Team Gatchaman or Gatchaman,so you're right about who they are!
