Support tickets
« on: December 12, 2020, 12:35:44 pm »
Has anyone gotten replies to their support tickets? I sent one in 2 months ago and still is left unanswered. I do know someone that sent one in last month about an issue that wasn't a problem just a question and they responded in 2 days! What's up with that? I haven't had any FC surveys in over 2 months and they can't reply to me to tell me why. I always do surveys honestly and take my time. No reason I should be banned from them. Now even Peanut Lab surveys instantly disqualify me. I have no way to make 5 cents to do PTC. Yet they can't seem to reply to me, if I did something wrong they can at least tell me what it is so I stop wasting my time.

I have sent in three since I moved last February and all mine were answered but it took a little time before they were answered.

Mine were all simple and only required a few words or less as an answer.

I was having no problems and mostly mine were a question that only required a yes or no answer.

Do you have no surveys at all on your survey page? If not, go into your account and try updating your profile. Some years back, I was getting no or few surveys. I opened a support ticket and was told to update my profile and all my preferences especially the shopping preferences. It takes some time. Also try changing your password.

Suggestion about earning your 5 cents if you have any surveys. Find a survey that is long and pays low. I just did a FC survey that was 20 minutes long and paid 20 cents. It was titled National Survey and was an interesting Qualtrics survey.

No, no surveys for 2 months now. Now Peanut Labs only has a couple at a time and always immediately dq me. I have tried updating but those won't open up for me. Even tasks won't let me in. I have no idea what I could have done wrong.

There are no tasks anymore so you're missing nothing there. I have PL surveys but I only try 1 or 2 when I have the time, and no longer get a penny dq. I get FC surveys in my email still, and do get penny dq's for them. I'm just not into working the site like in the past, no longer doing forum posting near as much, did not do a bonus posting for November. Until and if they pay us the bonus(es) for previous months, I'll start again, but I have more important ways to utilize my time until then.

They will not give you a reason. You will get a copy and paste spill (if you get a response) about being honest, take your time, and not cheating. They will also tell you that the sponsors behind the survey do not give them specific reasons for banning a person.

Honestly, I think if you start making too much money doing the surveys you get banned from doing them. It has happened to several people.  If you go back thru the forums and read the comments you will find where people have been complaining or commenting that they were banned from the surveys and they have no idea why. There have been a few who have admitted in the forums to cheating and lying to get further in the survey game. But I think most people answer them honestly.  The person(s) behind the survey also need to realize that people can do more than one job. Have more than one job. And have different responsibilities at their job. So you can answer questions differently and be telling the truth. It seems from the comments, most of the people who have been around a long time are having a hard time making any money on here any more.

Multiple Support requests and no answers.  I do get the Confirmation email that it was received though.  The same 500 error on the survey page is the problem.. and the videos won't credit at all.

Report Fusioncash to the FTC  Federal Trade Commission demand an investigation of this online fraud Paid To Click scam. especially if you live in california! there are all of these 1 cent videos. out of all of them only one credits... demand the administrator or webmaster be fined and possibly arrested for theft by deception and any other criminal offenses he or she have committed. The support dosen't care and yet they have had that help message posted for 4 months! Nothing is working except the 2 cent email.

Note here is the FAKE message posted on the get help page Note: Responses may be delayed as we are currently experiencing an unusually large volume of support requests. Your issues are very important to us -- please be assured that we are taking every possible step to respond as quickly as possible.
Tickets are generally handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. apparently they're not working hard enough maybe they all died from Covid we'd be better off it they did!

I have had it happen on other sites that stopped working for me. It was a sign that it was time to change my password but I was not told this. Either I had to figure it out myself or open a support ticket.

Once I changed my password, all was good.

Hmmm.  Just does not make sense that you get in to the site and stuff is not working because you need to change your password.  Glad it worked for you.

Some sites want passwords changed every so often. In order to get you to change your password, the site will not work until you do.  In some situations, I have gotten a message telling me that it is time to change your password but other times, I have not.
