no harm done
« on: February 05, 2021, 07:49:34 am »
By swallowing
      evil words
         unsaid

                                no one
                           has ever yet
                                harmed
                           his stomach.

Yes but once said words can do irreparable hard to the ones who hear them.

Until an opportunity has presented itself for those evil words to be justifiably said and excused.

Jesus said to turn the other cheek. He also asked his father to forgive those that were torturing him and killing him.

Ill be the first to admit its easier said then done.

There is a difference between righteous anger and words that hurt. The bible shows cases of Gods anger when his creation disobeys and he uses discipline.

Jesus showed righteous anger when they turned his fathers place into a flea market.

Remember when Jesus scolded Peter for using his sword even when Peter thought he was protecting him.

Great quote and very true.   Lots of people should definitely think twice before they open their month to give out their 2 cents!   LOL

Wow I really like that quote and it surely is true although sometimes I don't think many people swallow their evil or hateful words unfortunately.
