Do not get Sony. They use cheap parts. A friend use to work there for more than 30 years!

He also runs his own business repairing TV's! He also steer us to get a good tv- Samsung Qled tv!

We are in need of a new tv but is trying to put it off as long as possible.  The one we have is taking a long time to come on once you turn it on.

Nope.  Had mine for a long time.  Ha the the DVD/VCR combo but they don't work unfortunately.  The picture is great.  If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I think I will be getting a new TV for my bedroom soon, I have a 19" that is like 10 years old, I will be giving that one to my parents for their guest room when the move to their new house and get me a new Amazon Fire TV bigger for my room.

No, we had to replace one last so we should be good for a good while.

Just before I retired 4 years ago I bought a new smart flat screen TV and got an antanna that tacked to the wall and now I don't have to pay a cable bill.  I do not draw enough SS to pay for cable.  I am on the puter most of the time anyway because I have a youtube channel and I spend my time with that.
