Weighted Blanket

I eventually would like to buy one but not sure if it's worth all the hype. Does anyone happen to own one and if so does it put you in a deep sleep as they claim?

O know a couple of friends who have them and they think they are the best thing they ever bought for sleeping.  I do not have one...yet.

I plan to make one, but I haven't had experience with them personally. I do have friends that think they help if you have anxiety or problems relaxing to fall asleep. I do know that I sleep better with heavier comforters, so I presume a weighted blanket would be the same concept. I just haven't bought the plastic beads yet..

I don't have one, but I've thought about getting one. My grandma sewed a bunch of blankets to a sleeping bag to make a comforter. It's at our cabin and weighs a ton. It's my favorite blanket. I use it even when it's hot, because I sleep so well under it.

Sounds good especially if it helps with all your aches and pains.

Thought about getting one myself since I have insomnia.  I think Aldi had them for about $20 bucks at one time.

I have sleep problems as well so will look into weighted blanket. I heard it from one friend who said it's early for her to notice significant sleep benefits at this point. I am interested to read others' posts to see the concrete benefits they are seeing.

i have a couple of friends who love theirs. I am considering getting one but not sure if the benefits out weigh the cost. :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

I don't have a weighted blanket and I don't know anyone who does have one.  Not sure what the benefits are, but as of right now I don't plan on buying one.

I do not like to sleep in a cold bed. After I tuck-in my fitted sheet, I place a sleeping bag or
blanket on top of the fitted sheet. Now my bed is warm enough for me. I top it with a winter
blanket or a warm comforter. I do not use electric blankets because they are dangerous...
that is my opinion.
