I am in the process of painting our kitchen. I want to paint the woodwork white but I cant decide on which paint to use that is washable /scrubbable (sp) I would like it in latex and a semi gloss, any suggestions please?

High traffic areas may require a semi-gloss or gloss paint rather than a flat or satin paint to provide good scrub resistance. Alkyd/oil-based paints are generally more scrubbable than latex coatings.

Thank you, I ended up going with a semi gloss from BEHR !

I think that the semi gloss from BEHR is an excellent choice....
