I was banned from surveys over there and tried to appeal, but no dice. Oh well :\

Just found out my account was deactivated I was like what the. I only had about 2.50 on it but enjoyed doing surveys.  I cashed out about 3 weeks ago for 30.00 and no problem. Think this is the first site   to do that to me. Anyone else have that happened to?

I think you should ask them why your account has been closed.

Cash Out is $30 for the FIRST time. After that, you can cash out at $10 or higher. I think they changed it back when they were going to close Send Earnings. Since I had over $24 on Send Earnings, I wasn't about to lose my money, so I joined InBox. Glad I did. It's a lot easier than it used to be. I cashed out at $30 and am ready to cash out again. I have over $20 now and am debating if I should do it now or wait a little while.

I always wait until I have $30 and then I cash out.  I just cashed out last week and I got an e-mail that said my check was on the way.

I have never had them do that but they did deactivate the surveys and I sent them a message and they reactivated them.

Inbox dollars still works for me. If they deactivate your account and you think it's a mistake, may be try contact them to reactivate your account? I had an experience where I clicked spam by mistake and contacted the site to reactive my account.

It's getting harder to make money on some of these sites.

I have never had a problem. I make more there than on this site, but it probably depends on what surveys are profitable for different people.

I had a site ban me a month or two ago but wouldn't tell me the reason. Well I fought like crazy. They finally told me i I had 2 accounts (which I didn't) and I kept bugging them to investigate my account because I wanted it back. it was my second best site. They finally investigated and found that I didn't have 2 accounts. So they allowed me back. Then there was the little matter of the cashout I never received but was deducted from my account. After a week, I got that back, too and it wound up where it was supposed to go (PayPal). So I'm a happy camper again.

Did you get your account reactivated? It took them a month to just  get back to me. And reactivated a day later, so hopefully I will get my $50.00 check.

Very Happy with InBox these days, just cashed out and got the Paypal notice this morning.  Started on my next CO and am working hard to meet the minimum amount!

I so far have had no problems with them.  But hearing these things always makes me a little leery.
