I cannot stomach them myself, but my wife loves them and has several recipes that she really enjoys.

I do not have any recipes for Brussel Sprouts, but I sure like to eat them the old fashioned way.

Same here, melted butter, salt and pepper is all they need.  YUMMY!

When I eat Brussel Sprouts, I just boil them with a little butter and water.  I have seen some recipes that cook them in the oven roasted.

Diced cooked bacon and diced onions. Follow directions for boiling sprouts and a couple minutes before they're done, add the onions and bacon. I do that with green beans, too, unless using canned green beans, then I add the bacon and onion right away.

Another way is to cut them in half, toss them in EVOO with a little salt and white pepper, spread on a sheet pan  and roast them.

I like Brussel sprouts. They are healthy and good. Aren't they like mini cabbages?

My wife just steams them, then smothers them in hollandaise sauce.

Look on YouTube for recipes.  Not to much of a fan.  Prefer broccoli  yes a hollandaise  sauce sounds good.

I cut the big ones in half then cut a cross on bottom of little ones and ended up making them with bacon, onions, garlic, red cabbage, can't remember what else and they turned out delicious .  Thanks for the tip about doing this with green beans.

Brussel Sprouts are delicious. They're like baby cabbages.
