I sure do, it goes in a coffee mug (since I don't need it for coffee) and when it's full I take it to Safeway and dump it in the Coinstar machine to exchange it for Bitcoin.

Yeah - I have a jar I save it and then cash it in at the end of the year to buy Christmas presents.

The problem I see is for the year a large percentage is lying dormant in your jar, when at least a portion of it could be earning interest if you made periodic deposits.

I try but most the time I give it to the gas station. I say do you take this, they always say yes can use your pennies.

I do.  In fact I just took my box of change to CoinStar.  There was $160.00 in there and I made my car payment with it.  :)
