Strawberries are nutritious, delicious, and brimming with health benefits. Low in carbs and high in fiber, strawberries can fit seamlessly into a low carb or ketogenic diet. In fact, a 1-cup (152-gram) serving of strawberries provides just 11.7 grams of carbs and 3 grams of fiber ( 4 ).Mar 18, 2020

Hood Strawberries naturally have no need for sugar, they are sweet enough right off the vine. If anything I just sprinkle on a little Splenda to form a nice glaze.

I love strawberries.  Perkins restaurant has strawberries specials now, strawberry salad, pancakes or French toast or waffles covered with strawberries and my favorite strawberry crapes.

Love strawberries. I used to make strawberry pie and strawberry shortcake, but now I only eat Special K with Red Berries and I'll freeze strawberries to eat as a snack during the summer heat. I do the same with blueberries. I'm waiting for cherries now. So far, they're too expensive. There's only a short window when to buy cherries. Last year it was even shorter than usual.

I love the flavor of cherries. but I have to be really careful if I don't want to be chained to the toilet.

I love strawberries. They go good with strawberry shortcake and whipcream with a strawberry glaze on top. Maybe some sprinkle peanuts or walnuts .
