I work on that a lot.  I try to be present in the now and not on the phone or doing something else when someone is talking to me.

That's definitely something I need to work on as I'm always thinking about the past or the future and it really doesn't amount to anything for me.

That's definitely something I need to work on. I tend to be on my phone or on my computer way to much!

I think of the past a lot and still have a hardtime forgiving myself for my sins. But this much i can tell  all of you that feel the same way about yourself.

Thru the ransom sacrifice of Jesus if we are truly repentant of our sins and shortcomings God forgives us.

That is not an excuse to continue to sin either. We arent going to fool Jehovah. He knows what is in our hearts better then we do.

"Religious discrimination refers to the unfair treatment of a person because of his or her religious beliefs" (Kerner). This quote has become very valuable to me because right now I am studying the issue of discrimination on this page. Therefore, I can say for sure that if you are looking for certain information or motivating text, you can use it. I think it can help you in your endeavors. By the way, every day I look for a new quote for myself and try to motivate myself with it during the day.

Agree. I have just started meditating and focusing on the present moment. Thanks for sharing.

We should take time to enjoy the present.  Good quote.
