Corn on the Cob [part 2]

There is a great question asked elsewhere in the forum about the best way to prepare corn on the cob, but IMHO the bigger and more important question (one which I recently asked in a poll to my acquaintances on Facebook) is how do you EAT your corn on the cob: Do you eat it longways in a row down the cob - like you are typing on a typewriter, or do you spin the cob as you eat - like when you are first inserting the paper into the typewriter - completing that full circle before moving down the cob?

Both techniques are used in our house and both my wife and I believe there is a RIGHT way and a WRONG way. I am happy to say that my right way has far received the most votes in my scientific Facebook poll, but I now wonder if Fusion and Facebook agree.

Right. Eating it the other way requires too many rotations and throws the weight off balance.

When I eat corn on the cob, I eat it like the second picture.  I don't know if there is a right way to eat it or a wrong way, but that is how I eat it.

Right if you eat it on the cob, but sometimes I like the kernels off the cob beforehand.

Is that un-American or just plain lazy?

Ii dont eat corn that much but when i do,i like to eat it like on the left(dont like how it gets in-between my teeth
