Survey Page Fix Still Works

I saw some forum posts that said the Firefox fix for the Survey page did not work, but I just used it and it works fine if you are willing to tinker with it.

How do you tinker with the Firefox page?

I not fond of firefox.  I use chrome and it is not working for me.  This is second day in a row that it has not worked.  This has happened before and then it will start back working.  I hope it gets fixed soon.

If you are using Chrome, go to the survey page and hit Ctrl+Shift+I. The developer tools will open and you'll have a bunch of HTML/Javascript code. Just ignore that.

Then hit Ctrl+Shift+M and it will change to Mobile view. When you hover over the survey page you should see a grey circle instead of an arrow.

Right-click and select Reload. Surveys should become available again.

Don't close the developer tools or you'll have to start over again when the survey page refreshes.

Did you watch my video? It's really not complicated at all once you learn how. The tinkering I mentioned is simply picking the tablet again or right click to refresh if needed.

I understand what I did wrong now. I lost the link forgot where it was located on here and now just found this . This month was hell only have had surveys for a week

WOW, I just tried a couple of surveys and the PTC and it looks great. Maybe Fusioncash is back.
