I have never received a credit for any of the offers I have clicked except for the $0.15 paid to click.  From what I understand I have to have at $15 from cash offers, and that means these don't qualify.  I was going to just keep trying till I got the minimum to cash out, but I can't even get that.  It is very frustrating.

I think the .15 cent does count as a cash offer. You can check your account page before and after this offer if you want to verify it. So if you do it every day it will take a little over 3 months to make the $15 minimum. I share your frustration when thins don't credit. But keep at it and you'll get there.
