2nd Booster Shot
« on: April 07, 2022, 05:10:42 pm »
How many of you are going to take that 2nd booster vaccine/shot?  I do know there are people who refuse to take the vaccines period.  I have seen a lot of people who are not wearing a mask.  A new variant BA.2 is now in play.  This Pandemic is very stressful and it is affecting a lot of people.

I have had the two Moderna vaccine shots and also the booster.  I'm not sure if I will take the 2nd booster.  How many times will we have to have a booster shot.

I think this is going to be an unending thing until the next presidential election.  To each their own.

I have been taking the Flu shot and boost it every year for decades and it works, so I will take the second Covid booster when I get back from vacation in a week or two.

I have not had any vaccines yet, but I am considering it. I have heard a lot of bad things about these shots.

I agree with you. I have been taking the flu shot annually and now I am taking the covid shots and living my life as normal.

I have had the Moderna shots and will be getting the 2nd booster as soon as I am eligible.  I don't understand how people who have seen all that is going on with covid would choose to take their chances.  I know several people who did and are no longer with us and a couple who are having long term covid effects.

My parents and my grandmother got their second boosters recently and are doing fine as usual. I'm not eligible for a second booster, I did get my J&J shot back in April of 2021 and then a Pfizer booster back in November of 2021. I figure covid is like the flu now, we'll just have to get a shot for it ever year. So when I'm eligible for the next covid booster I'll get it. Monkeypox on the other hand I am not too worried about, from what I was reading we'll all just need to get the small pox vaccine if the monkypox starts spreading like wildfire.

I do not trust any of the people involved in "boosting" the new vaccine. Nuff said.  :dontknow:

You do you and I'll do me. Love you guys whatever you do.  :icon_rr:

 :cat:

Hoping the flu vaccine AND the Covid shot are eventually combined into one dispensed vaccine. At least that's what I'm hoping.
