I shopped for my Thanksgiving dinner already

I picked up my order yesterday morning for my thanksgiving dinner.  I can hardly wait.  My son and his family is coming, my youngest daughter is having dinner from children and grandchildre and my oldest daughter lives up north so she will not be able to be here.  I hope each of you have a blessed Thanksging..

I am very excited about Thanksgiving too!!!!   My son and his family will be here from the East Coast.  We have only seen one time since the pandemic.  I talk on the phone all the time to the 2 boys, but I know they have changed so much.  Also all of the rest of the kids and families will be here for almost a week.  I can hardly wait!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think my daughter and her family are planning on having the traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year.  She said something about fixing other food options.  I always eat at her house.

All of our 6 kids (except one in Alaska) are going to In-Laws this year, so the wife and I are going out for Thanksgiving Dinner

Good for you! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving. I used to have dinner for 15-20 people. Now we order from a local restaurant every year but this year, my son is making dinner for us and will deliver it. Fancy menu besides turkey and mashed 'taters, he's making potato filling, cranberry parfait, sweet potato casserole, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and honey, apple pie and white chocolate pumpkin pie cheesecake. Brings back memories when he was discharged from the Marines. He made dinner that time, too, in our home, feeding the 15-20 people. I can't wait.
