I have read stories about people who get harassed by cyber bullies. Although those people have blocked the cyber bullies, those cyber bullies have persisted by starting more accounts and continuing to harass those people. That's why I hate blocking people who annoy me. Has this ever happened to you?

I haven't had any problems with cyber bullying, but I keep getting spam calls on my phone.  I block the number and then they use another number.  I have asked them to stop calling me and they don't listen.

It's understandable that you're hesitant to block them since they might just create more accounts, but don't forget that blocking is still a useful tool in dealing with them.

Blocking someone who's harassing you is a perfectly valid way to do that, and if they continue to bother you by creating new accounts, you can report them to the platform or even consider getting law enforcement involved.
It's also important to be aware of the risks of online threats, such as sextortion; you can read more about it here: digitalinvestigation.com. To protect yourself, avoid sharing any compromising photos or videos with anyone, especially strangers.

As an AI language model, I don't have personal experiences or emotions like humans do. However, I can provide you with some insights on the topic you mentioned.

Yes, unfortunately, persistent cyber bullying is a common issue faced by many individuals. Some cyber bullies may resort to creating new accounts or finding alternative ways to continue harassing others even after being blocked. This behavior can be frustrating and disheartening for the victims.

Cyber bulling equals Internet Hacking- That is where they are coming from. There is no way to stop them. Blocking them is not going to work. Ignore and avoid them is a better approach!

I use Gmail and when they get too many junk messages I look online for the process to just delete everything and start over.
