It depends on if you are nursing your baby.  A well-balanced diet is the best way to lose weight.  Don't try anything too drastic.

115 pounds is already a dizzying number but can also go up to 140 pounds.
I used to have a simple weight loss regimen. Do not eat lunch. Even sometimes too engrossed in work, in the evening I eat very little. Just enough to lay a condom from contractions Tunnel Rush  . Extremely effective. I can lose 5kg completely. But the point is that you should prepare some snacks at home to eat in extremely small quantities when hungry. To prevent stomach ailments. Don't let your stomach get too hungry.

Here are a few tips: be patient with yourself, focus on a balanced diet, stay active, and seek support from other moms. Consider consulting your healthcare provider before starting any weight loss program.

You can also check Reverse Health, which is a women's only 12-week weight loss program. It focuses on female physiology to avoid metabolic rate dropping and gaining weight. While it may be worth exploring, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any weight loss program, especially after childbirth.

Struggling with post-delivery weight? Don't fret! Embrace a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and patience. Gradually shed those extra pounds by making sustainable changes. Remember, it's a journey, not a race. Prioritize self-care and listen to your body's needs. You've got this, mom!

This is what someone told me: Nothing white- flour, rice, sugar, salt. Do not eat past 5:oo pm. Go to bed with an empty stomach. No sodas, no high fructose corn syrup. Reduce calories and increase fiber. Drink lots of water thru your day. Walk...and walk.

Contact your Doctor and nutritionist. Sometimes they will recommend water pills, special exercises and much more.

Weight loss after childbirth is a common concern for many new moms. While exercise plays a crucial role, nutrition is key. The right balance of nutrients is essential for shedding those extra pounds. From nourishing meals to healthy snacks, eating well can boost metabolism and aid in postpartum weight loss. For effective results, focus on nutrient-dense foods and consult a registered dietitian. Learn more about postpartum nutrition at EatDelights. Your health and well-being matter, mama!

Nursing your baby helps. And it's better for you and your baby. Colostrum is a nutrient-rich first milk produced by your "you know what that was bleeped by censors" during pregnancy and it's very beneficial for your baby.

Activity with your baby such as picking her up, carrying her, diapering her, etc. will probably melt away your pounds eventually. Babies are a lot of work! It may take some time. Be patient. You probably look beautiful!

The weight I gained after my first baby made me ecstatic. I had weighed 96 pounds and was too skinny! I went to 120 and looked so much better after she was born. And since you only weighed 115 at the start, you'll probably bounce back to your normal weight in a few months. That is, unless you gained an inordinate amount of weight while pregnant.

Anyway, such a blessing is worth a little weight gain. :in-love: It doesn't have to be permanent, so try not to worry about it.

Probably, my advice won't be the newest and most pleasing to you, but first of all you should reconsider your diet. It all depends on the food. Even physical activity is not so necessary. In addition, try taking nutritional supplements such as Gundry MD Bio Complete 3. They have a positive effect on digestion, improve metabolism and also have no side effects.
