What transcription tools for meetings do you use? I don’t know about you guys, but I’m struggling to keep up with the notes sometimes. Any recommendations?

If you’re looking for built-in options, Microsoft Teams has transcription too, right? It’s not as advanced, but if we’re already using Teams, it could be a straightforward solution without needing extra apps.

I found an article about best AI Transcription tools at https://www.bluedothq.com/tools/google-meet-recording-extension. Google Meet’s recording feature is a convenient tool, especially for teams, educators, and anyone needing to keep a record of meetings or presentations. It captures video, audio, and screen sharing in real time, which makes it ideal for documentation and later reference. Recordings are automatically saved to Google Drive, making them easy to access and share. Plus, integrating with Google Workspace allows for seamless collaboration and organization.

Indeed, sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the progress of the meeting, especially when you need to listen, take notes, and wait for someone else to respond. I use the standard transcription function in Google Meet for this. But for such tools to work stably, you often have to have an activated Office license. And here I remember how kms auto activator once helped out, then it was a way to quickly activate the system.
