Community is the only access, the surveys page says 500 error.  It happened last month, I will check back later.

I figured this out too. You are correct. Community is the only access. Surveys page says 500 error. I made a post last month around the same time and then it eventually corrected itself. I did get paid last month, so I am also hopeful that this is temporary. Last month a few other people responded to my message. This time, you are the only other person I have seen in the chats.
